Fairweather Sundecks built us the most amazing deck at our lake home. They paid great attention to detail, provided quality work and craftsmanship along with it being on schedule and within budget.
Our decking up and down was almost 1000 Sq feet. The top deck is lumber and glass railings and the bottom is beautiful patterned paving stones. The stairs are extra wide with regular metal railings that also have a locking gate to keep our dog in.

In 2012, after being in our home for almost 6 years and having to clean, paint and refinish our backyard deck every year, we decided to replace it with a low maintenance deck. We hired Fairweather Sundecks for the project and we were, and continue to be, extremely happy with the scope of work performed by them on our home. Our new deck is larger by about 20% and has a pattern, lights and glass railings and we have not even washed it since it was built in 2012. It still looks as great as the day it was finished and the fit and finish are excellent. We have had a couple of minor issues with boards popping up, but Mike, the owner has come without delay to address them to our complete satisfaction.
